Here’s a quick look at the changes now in effect:

Click the links below to learn more about each measure.
- All-In-One Washer/Dryer ENERGY STAR®
- Window Heat Pumps (See our “New Technology Spotlight” for more details about this technology.)
- Low-E Storm Windows (Units must be ENERGY STAR certified. This incentive is calculated on a per-window basis.)
- Advanced Duct Sealing, which is now available for whole-home duct sealing via aerosolized sealant.

- Single Family Window Replacements
The updates remove tiering options to provide one cohesive offering for upgrading to Class 22 windows. The incentive is now based on a per-window total rather than per square foot. For Single Family Window Replacement applications, the window worksheet is no longer required.
- Ductless Heat Pumps (This measure adds a new tier to convert gas hydronic radiant floor heating to a single head ductless heat pump.)
- Advanced Rooftop Heat Tape Controls (This modifies the Rooftop Heat Tape Timer measure to add a new tier for Advanced AI Controllers.)
